DVD's, Magazines, Photos and all sales items are not returnable. All sales are final.

Defective DVD's can be returned to us within 3 weeks of purchase for replacement with the same item. Before sending the placement DVD, we will open and test the title for you to ensure that it plays on standard DVD player. To determine if a DVD is defective, we request you to try to view the DVD on a standard DVD player. If an incorrect DVD was shipped to you, please let us know immediately so the we can replace it for you with the correct DVD ordered. The incorrect item should be returned unopened with the seal intact.
