Shipping Within USA

All our packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain box or envelope, displaying the sender's name as IMI, Inc. We use UPS and U.S. Postal Service with a tracking receipt. Delivery is usually 7-10 business days from ship date. (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, processing time and day of shipping do not count). DELIVERY TIME IS ESTIMATED, NOT GUARANTEED. All credit card orders require a signature confirmation for delivery.

Orders can also be shipped U.S. Mail Priority and UPS for faster delivery for an additional charge. Delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days from ship date using faster shipping options. . Once delivery has been confirmed by the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, we are not responsible for lost of stolen items. If parcel is lost prior to delivery, we will issue a replacement. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, there will be additional shipping charges to reship your order. If the delivery problem is due to an error on our part, then we will replace the order without additional shipping charge.
